Welcome to Toss Ka Dabba (TKD), a service operated by Tales of Spices. By subscribing to our meal plans or using our website, you agree to these terms.

• We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly subscription plans.
• Plans are prepaid. Service commences only after the payment is verified.
• Menu verification is subject to availability and seasonal changes. We reserve the right to substitute items with alternatives of equal value.

We currently accept payments primarily via UPI.

• Payments are manually verified by our admin team to ensure security.
• Please retain your transaction reference number until your plan is activated.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We understand life happens. You can pause your subscription if you are traveling or unavailable.

• You must notify us via the app or support at least 24 hours in advance.
• Pause requests made continuously may be subject to a review to prevent misuse.
• Unused meals will be carried forward to the end of your billing cycle.

Meals are delivered within specific time slots. While we aim for punctuality, traffic or weather conditions may cause slight delays.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the box or provide a secure drop-off point.
• We are not responsible for meals left unattended at your request.

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.We cannot guarantee absolute non-contamination. If you have severe allergies, please consult with us before subscribing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without refund if a user is found being abusive to our staff, riders, or misusing the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
